Do You Get Enough Positive Energy
There are so many ways we can get positive energy absorbed into our being. Stepping outside opens up a whole new atmosphere, smell, and feel. I think nature is the soother of all souls. All the worries that have I been bringing with me, have drained me and dragged me down. Inspiration is the best thing for that! I am inspired to changing different things in the house so it feels warm and cozy.
I am inspired by the change in the leaves. Beautiful colors that only a Higher Power could create. I choose to call Him God. The mountains, so majestic. Watching over us and probably not too happy they were blasted. A waterfall in the middle of huge rocks.
For me, experiencing all this makes me happy and inspired about life and what it holds. The sky, a color blue we haven't come up with yet to do it justice. The rain, an inconvenience most of the time, but when undercover, there's no sound like it.
The trees with their vines and snarls and knots and crooks. For me, when I'm outside in nature, I am absorbing positive energy from a source that is meant to do just that. Nature. Some have the ability to paint. It's a talent I always admired, and never came close! It's inspiring doing something you enjoy doing. Putting back beauty into the atmosphere. There are others who can play an instrument, or sing. They are in charge of making that music good and enjoyable to a host of people. They give out energy in their playing, and they get it back in the reaction of the crowd.
Inspiration tells me when it's time to paint the walls or wash the curtains. Once done, my inspiration is satisfied. Sooner or later, something else gets my attention and my mind turning, and I deal with that when it happens. Inspiration can come from being able to go to your child's basketball game. The contentment of that is inspiring. Many couples have family that visit, either for the day, or for a week or so. How good to be able to get together. That trip inspired all involved, to get through each day and do what you had to do until the day came.
Kids are inspired to go to college, but they still want to get back energy. They want it to be exciting and fun. And if it is, they'll be getting that positive energy. It's good for the head! So, if we learn to aspire about something positive, and work towards it, and reach our goal, our positive energy is pumping! And that's good for us. Better for our physical, and emotional health. Happiness has come out of inspiration. And we feel the energy just fine.
It sounds like inspiration is a dream. But it's more than that, I think, because inspiration seems like it would take time to do whatever was being aspired to, and a dream could just appear. Energy is everywhere. I think the more positive energy we have, the better we will think, act, and react. I think everyone should get one thing that needs to be done, accomplished every day.
This is where I really practice what I preach. And for me, they are small things for now. Wash curtains-one or two pair! Do a load of laundry, clean the kitchen real good, scrub the toilets, and tub. One thing a day. It makes me feel like I accomplished something and I feel the energy, and I'm happy. And everything looks nice. And then, I'll be inspired again.

Susan, this helps me so much, as I seem to be having an "off day." I am having my bunco group tonight and can't seem to get inspired. All the food is prepared, but I don't seem to want to do any extra...however, you have inspired me. I am going to get busy.Respond to this comment

Susan again you find me, i love working in my garden digging in the dirt, the smell fresh tilled soil, the sound of the birds in the back ground, i love swimming in my pool, I feel so connected to things it is truly a gift from God.I love creating, building and making things I seem to make things from what most would consider trash but somehow I can turn something interesting that makes me happy out of it. Everday i cant wait to get home and walk through my back yard to see what has came up or what has produced a flower or a new small vegetable makes my soul Happy!!God has given us so much to enjoy and the miricle of life is everywhere when we only open our hearts, ears and eyes to it.Thank you again so much i have already been telling people about your website! Peace and Love Davy!Respond to this comment
